General Manager - Lynne Corrado


After 40 years of working in finance and accounting at Metro Ontario Inc., a change of scenery and passion for sport of curling brought Lynne Corrado to the Dixie Curling Club, where she has been a member of the club since 1991. She first started at the age of 24 at the Humber Highlands Curling Club and has been curling ever since.

In 1995, she became a competitive curling coach and has worked with various curlers over the years ranging from Bantams to Seniors. Lynne successfully completed the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) has coached 13 teams to Ontario Provincial Championships. In 2007, she coached a team from the Oakville Curling Club and won the Bantam Mixed Championships. In 2017-2018, Lynne became the coach for Team Inglis, Ontario Provincial Runner-Up.

PB BioCurling Club Coordinator – Patricia Bandurka

Patricia Bandurka was first introduced to the sport of curling in 1998 when she was 11 years old and has called the Dixie Curling Club home ever since.  Patricia attended the University of Guelph-Humber and holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Media Studies from the University of Guelph and a Public Relations diploma from Humber College. She recently graduated from George Brown College where she earned a postgraduate certificate from the Sport & Event Marketing program. In 2012, she became the Media Chair for the Optimist International Under 18 Curling Championships when the event was held at Dixie and was able generate substantial media coverage for the event across Canada and the United States. She currently acts as the media liaison for the event where she continues to provide support and assistance to the event. Her awards and accomplishments include receiving her Gold Level OCA Skills Challenge Award in 2007 and was a finalist at the 2015 Ontario Mixed Provincial Championship.

The Dixie Curling Club is a member-driven fiscally responsible club striving to provide a social environment for all ages. Dixie offers excellent instructional, recreational and competitive programs to the surrounding community.

The Dixie Curling Club has operated in its original location since 1956 and for over 60 years has provided recreational opportunities to the residents of Mississauga and surrounding communities. Dixie continues its long-standing tradition of friendliness where everyone is made to feel welcome.
