Day Women
The Dixie Day Women's Section is an active and dynamic group of female curlers who enjoy camaraderie and share a love for the sport of curling. The Day Women offer a variety of weekly programs throughout the season for curlers at every level, from beginner to competitive.

The following are the Dixie's Day Women's Leagues. The season consists of a series of four draws, each lasting approx. 5-6 weeks. Teams change every draw so that members get to know each other better.

- This is a Non-Competitive Choose Your Own entry league that runs for the entire season.

Thursday Morning Women's 9:30 AM
The Superstars League consists of four draws, each running 5-7 weeks. Players are assigned a different team each week and scoring is accumulated on an individual basis.

- This is a Competitive Women's team entry league which plays Friday afternoons at 12:45 pm and runs for the entire season.

Tuesday Night Women
The Tuesday Night Women’s League plays every Tuesday alternating between 6:50 and 9:10 pm. Our section’s goal is to provide the best balance of social camaraderie, competition, and skill development in a women’s only league. Members apply on an individual basis and are then placed on a team with every attempt to balance the teams. Players are assigned a playing position (lead, 2nd, vice or skip) based on their skill level and indicated preference. Some player re-positioning may be necessary in order to complete teams for each draw. Teams are shuffled for a total of 4 draws a season with a goal of playing with new team members and meeting more people. The league welcomes those curlers who cannot commit to every Tuesday evening to sign up for the spare list. this league operates with a capacity of 56 curlers plus spares.

Friday Women CYOR
The Women’s CYOR (Choose Your Own Rink) runs on Fridays at 1:00PM and offers women a competitive curling environment. League play is divided into two flights (divisions) based on overall team success.
In addition, each Women’s team entered in this league is eligible to compete in the Dominion Women’s Club Championship at the end of the curling season.
