Ice 1

Getting together with friends or organizing a business function, make your event the one everyone will be talking about. The Dixie Curling Centre has up to six sheets of curling ice available for rental on a one-time, weekly league or one-day bonspiel basis between October until mid-April. Free wifi available on-site!

Although there are a limited number of days available for one-day bonspiels we will endeavor to accommodate leagues, groups, organizations, or corporate outings requiring any number of sheets.

Payment is required at the time of booking and responsibility for his/her group is assumed by the individual signing the contract. Dixie Curling Centre maintains a policy on minimum ice rental at off -peak times plus an instruction fee per rental booking for basic first time curler instruction. Ice Rentals

Whether you're hosting a party or looking to try something new with family and friends Dixie is happy to rent our ice to non-members in our community.

Ice Rental Rates
Rental rates are dependent on the number of sheets needed. Our standard rental cost for non-member events is $370 per ice sheet. This fee includes two hours of ice/ice maintenance, one instructor, curling equipment rental, and access to our main Curling Lounge before and after your ice time. If there is an experienced club curler (more than three years experience) in your group a portion of the fee may be waived. The fee may also be adjusted for those looking to curl for more or less than two hours.

We do our best to accommodate the date and time that works best for your group; ice times are subject to availability.

Corporate Learn-to-Curl

Our corporate Learn-to-Curl sessions are the perfect team building activity! Join us for a 2-hour session where you’ll learn the basics of curling from certified instructors and play a game against your friends and colleagues. Extend the fun by grabbing a drink at our bar after your ice-time or get back to work in our LL Lounge meeting space.

Great curlers train at Dixie! Book a sheet for your team’s practice today! One-hour practice ice is available for professional, competitive, recreational, and school teams as well as individual curlers.

Room Rental

Business meetings to banquets, the Dixie Curling Centre offers spacious, clean, and reasonably priced rooms accommodating small or large groups. The club can accommodate groups as large as 120 people.

Our LL Lounge and Banquet Room are available for rental. The rental fee includes the services of a licensed bartender. All room rentals are billed as a flat rate.
