Dixie is a great club to come and try out the sport of curling. We offer programs for kids from age 7 – 18 through our Little Rock and Junior Programs that run on Sunday afternoons. For adults we host “Try Curling” sessions at the beginning of the season as well as “Learn to Curl” programs which run for 5 weeks. Dixie has curling leagues that welcome new curlers and we offer additional training and support throughout the season.

Short Novice Leagues

Dixie runs multiple "short" 6-week novice leagues throughout the season specifically designed for those who have just completed a Learn-to-Curl course, but are looking for some more practice before joining a full league. Each week curlers are assigned a team and positions are rotated. A volunteer coach is present to provide tips, rulings, and help keep the game running smoothly. Beginners are welcome, but some curling experience is recommended to get the most of the league.
